02 — A few useful details
Base64 is an encoding, not encryption. Standard + and / symbols are supported; Base64url is not. Decoding rejects binary data that is not valid UTF-8. The result must fit the 1 MB limit.
Use UTF-8 plain text, up to 1 MB and 20,000 lines per input.
